Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

-        The product delivered is damaged

-        The item received is incorrect or incomplete

Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at support@giishabeauty.com with:

-        Your order number

-        A clear photo of the damaged/incorrect product

Once reviewed and approved, we will initiate a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

-        Your order was cancelled before dispatch

-        The product is out of stock or undeliverable to your pin code

-        You were wrongly charged due to a technical glitch

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

Please note: GIISHA Beauty reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria.

 Order Cancellations

-        You can cancel your order before it is shipped by writing to us at support@giishabeauty.com

-        Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or modified
